RFU Payment Plan
The RFU Payment Plan allows you to divide your educational expenses into 3 equal monthly payments per term. A $10 fee will be charged each term you are enrolled in that academic year, and that amount is included in that term’s first installment. You will automatically be enrolled in future terms payment plans.
If you are receiving full Financial Aid and do not expect to owe a balance you need not enroll in this payment plan.
You will receive a confirmation email once your payment plan is created. This usually occurs two weeks prior to the due date of each term. This will give you the installment amounts and the date each payment is due.
Enrolling in the RFU Payment Plan
You’ll find the Tuition Payment Plan Application on Student Financial Services Form page under the Student Finance Forms section. You may enroll up to the term due date.
Payments can be submitted once enrollment is completed and any time after through Self-Service with an electronic check, wire transfer, or by credit/debit card (there will be a 2.5% additional surcharge on the amount for credit card transactions). If you are mailing a check please use the following mailing address:
Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science
SFS / Student Finance Rm. HSB. L.724

If a Payment Plan installment is late your plan is subject to cancellation, and your account will be assessed a 1.5% interest penalty on your account balance. To appeal the interest penalty, please fill out the appeal form. A Financial Hold will also be placed on your account restricting access to registration and academic records.

Person Proxy
General User Proxy Information
RFU allows a student (and only a student) to designate an individual as their proxy. By designating a proxy, this provides the individual limited electronic access to some of the information contained in the student's educational record. At this time, a person proxy will be able to view a student's account statement of account and/or make a payment on their behalf.
This designation does not take the place of protections afforded to the student under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Release of a student's education record is still not allowed without the student’s written consent, including to parents, family members, and designated proxies. Therefore, RFU will be unable to answer any questions about the information made available to a person proxy without said written consent. The student can obtain a FERPA Release Form online, and return it to Records to provide outside parties additional access to his/her education records.
The authorization for person proxy can be found on Self-Service.
