John Wahhab, MD
Dr. John Wahhab began as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine in 2019 when he was the Clerkship Coordinator for the M4 Emergency Medicine Sub-Internship. Soon after this he took over as the Director of the Emergency Medicine Sub-Internship.
Dr. Wahhab received his bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences - Natural Sciences from the University of Wisconsin in 2009. He went on to get his medical degree from Chicago Medical School in 2015. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Presence Resurrection Medical Center in 2018. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He has published multiple case reports on interesting cases he has seen in the Emergency Department. He currently works at Mount Sinai and Holy Cross Hospital. He lives in Chicago with his wife.
