Sean P. Kane, PharmD, BCPS
Dr. Kane is a Critical Care Pharmacist and an Associate Professor at RFUMS. He graduated from Butler University in 2010 and completed a PGY1/PGY2 residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Khyati S. Patel, PharmD, BCACP
Dr. Patel is an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist at Aurora Medical Center in Aurora, Wisconsin and an Associate Professor at RFUMS. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2011 and completed a PGY1 residency at the Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital in Hines, IL.
