OUTList

OUTList is an initiative of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion and OUTPatients - the LGBT advocacy and student group. The OUTList is a list of students, faculty, staff, and alumni who wish to publicly acknowledge and celebrate that they are LGBTQ and/or allies of the LGBTQ community (including but not limited to individuals who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and/or asexual).

The goals of the OUTList are as follows:

• To foster an inclusive community across the RFUMS
• To demonstrate the commitment of the RFUMS and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion to LGBTQ equity and inclusion
• To provide members of the LGBTQ community both within and outside of RFUMS with informal networking and mentoring opportunities
