Organizational Chart
There are three major areas of research strength at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science (RFUMS): 1) Structural Biology/Biochemistry, 2) Neurosciences, and 3) Molecular Cellular Processes. Investigators may span multiple areas. For example, transport biologists study both structural biology and cell biology. The university facilitates research through a wide array of support programs such as 1) specialized technical support laboratories (mass spectroscopy, confocal microscopy, live cell imaging, FACS, etc), 2) internal research funding programs, 3) research incentive programs to promote and sustain faculty research, and 4) assistance with the submission of grant applications. See links below for details of ongoing research at RFUMS and descriptions of our support services.
