It will be available anytime Feb-May for $680/month. Utilities per month is usually around $40 (electricity/cable/hi-speed-internet/gas). Garage is also available but an extra $150. There are 4 other friendly and very respectful male tenants. 1 that goes to Scholl(3rd year), 1 in Northwestern Graduate School(1st year), 2 that work in the city.

Great Location in the city if you have a car or not.

Lake shore drive is a 3 minute drive away. (35 minute drive to north chicago by car)

Red/Brown/Purple line-stop is a 5 minute walk. (1 hour 15min to get to north chicago if taking the train)
