I'm looking for a roommate for the 2012-2013 year (or sooner).  I'm a first year podiatry student currently living at the Woodlands. I am in a 2 bedroom first floor apartment.  I have a little Yorkie who is very well behaved and doesn't shed.  My apartment is fully furnished (Aside from your bedroom which is currently my study).  I have a TV, couch, recliner, dining room table, dishes, silverware, towels, etc. My rent is currently $1134 and I figured we would split it 50/50 ($567) since the apartment is already furnished.
