bedroom available at the Woodlands in dual entry unit

Looking for a female roommate to sublet my 1 bedroom, 1 bath in a 2bed, 2bath apartment as soon as possible. You will be living with a first year medical student. The unit is a dual entry apartment (each side has separate key), allowing for extra privacy! Unit is available as soon as possible and lease goes through July but I am flexible and can work something out depending on your needs. Rent is $640 and utilities are split evenly among the roommates.

I'm a female student and interested to become a subletter for any apartment walking distance to RFUMS from April 1, 2012 and on a month-to-month basis if possible (I would stay at least for 2 months and there is a possibility that I would stay longer if I conduct research at RFUMS during the summer or get accepted into CMS to start school in August 2012). I also would like to know more about the apartment and the roommate.
