Master Bedroom available at The Woodlands

I am taking a leave of absence from my medical school program and need to find a male or female to take over my lease for 1 room of a 2 bedroom 1 bath, 1^st floor apartment.

Your roommate: 22 year old male, first year medical student. Attended college in Chicago. Quiet guy, does not have guests over, is mostly out of house or in room with head phones on. He is social and hangs out at friends’ apartments nearby. He has a car, is clean, does not play music, no pets or parties. We have not had any problems, an all around nice guy.

Available November 1^st. Rent is FREE for November.

Rent: $545/mo for December and after, includes trash and sewer fees.

No signing fee, I will pay. No renter’s insurance fees, I have paid.

Bills: Electricity and gas is split between the two of you, it has been about $35 each/mo
Internet is $10 each/mo

Apartment description: Master bedroom: 12'6'' x 11', walk-in closet: 7' x 6'

FREE: Desk, light, chair, and 2 night stands in bedroom.
Comes with furnished living room, dining area and kitchen.

Queen size mattress and bed frame available.

Tons of storage space, plenty of room if you have furniture, existing furniture can be removed if needed.

I know this in an old post, but did you ever find someone to sublet your 1st floor apartment? I am looking for a first floor apartment in the woodlands (preferably furnished) and was curious if yours would be available for May 2012?
