My girlfriend is in her third year at CMS.

I'd like to be able to go on vacation with her this summer.

She knows she gets some time off in her fourth year, but she doesn't know how it works. Like, how much time off, or how far in advance she'll know about what rotations she's doing when and what time she's available to go on a trip.

Anyone able to fill in some details? Even a bit of a clue of when the school will tell her a bit more about how this all works?
