Parking:	Parking is available in the CMS lot at 2020 W. Ogden Avenue (Ogden & Damen), 3 blocks from CCH. Students must have a key card, which is available through OSA or the Stroger Pediatrics Dept. A $25 deposit is required and will be refunded when you return the key card.
Meals:	Cafeteria in the School of Nursing Building, 750 S. Wolcott.
Library:	Karl Meyer Hall, 720 S. Wolcott, 2nd floor, Health Sciences Library, School of Nursing Building. CMS students may also use the Univ. of Illinois library, but are not allowed to check out books.
Callrooms:	School of Nursing Building.
Requirements:	Attendance at the Body Substance Isolation Workshop (BSIS)

Elgin Mental Health Center

Parking:	$2-9 depending on length of stay. However, students who complete a parking decal registration form, are permitted to park in a medical center parking lot, free of charge, during the rotations. There is also available street parking.

Parking:	Free parking across from the hospital on Dempster & Luther Lane. Shuttle bus service available to hospital. Be aware that this parking lot has been known to flood in heavy rainstorms and cars have been damaged.
Meals:	Cafeteria on 10th Floor is moderately priced. A Cafe has more expensive prices. One free meal ticket to everyone on call.
Library:	Open 7 days a week, located on the 9th Floor in the Main Hospital. Free check-out for students, but they must return books at end of their rotation.
Callrooms:	General information pagers available to each student on first day of orientation.

Parking:	Medical student lot at 15th & Rockwell. Parking there is free, but you must show CMS ID to gain entry. Security will let you in 5-10am, M-F. If student lot is full after 10am, students may park in hi rise lot adjacent to MSH 10am-4pm, M-F. Get parking ticket validated in Rm. K117 or NR115. Time on ticket will determine if it will be validated. While on call, students may park in hi rise lot 4pm-8am, M-F and all day Sa-Su. Attendant will accept ticket with your signature and CMS ID. Car must be removed from hi rise before 8am, Monday; if you expect to miss this deadline, notify attendant at x6954 to avoid regular parking charge. Permits for hi rise lot are $30/mo.

Parking:	Students must pick-up temporary parking sticker at the Security Office (Hospital Police) in the basement of Building 3 (east door) and may park in the employees section of Lots #1 (Bldg. 48); #2 (Bldg. 5); #3 (Bldg. 146); #4 (Bldg 11); #10 & #11 (Bldg 134 & 135); #12 (Bldg 135); #13 (Bldgs 124 & 125); #14 (Bldgs 126 & CMS Parking); and only the final row (nearest Buckley Rd) of Lot #6 (front of bldg 133).
Meals:	Cafeteria located in Building 4. During some clerkships, students receive a courtesy lunch in building 6 between 10:30 AM and 1 PM.

Housing:	Each student is provided with a one-person, furnished, efficiency apartment, located approximately 1/2 block from the hospital. The kitchen does not have equipment, other than stove and refrigerator. You must set up your own telephone service. There is free parking at the apartment complex.
Transportation:	A $300 transportation reimbursement is provided to each student by Norwalk Hospital. This is processed through OSA.

Parking:	Parking is available in the SCH parking facility at the intersection of Winona and California. Students may pick up a parking pass in the Medical Education Office. There is a $5 deposit and the key card MUST be returned following completion of each SCH clerkship.
Meals:	Employee cafeteria is located on the ground floor level of the Main Building.
Library:	First Floor of Anderson Pavilion
Requirements:	Verification of Tuberculin skin testing, MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and Hepatitis Screening must be presented to Employee Health Service prior to starting clerkship.
