Admission Requirements 
Entry into the PHD training program follows successful completion of the IGPBS core year or the second year basic medical courses and follows the SGPS Advanced Phase timeline for selection of research committee, candidacy exam, thesis proposal, progress review, and thesis defense. The PhD in Microbiology and Immunology will be granted upon successful completion of the departmental requirements, as well as thesis defense and publication.
