Note: Please do not contact express or courier services without notifying the Mail Center or Shipping and Receiving. Most carriers who arrive for pickup requests have very vague information (no contact name, department, phone number, etc.). We ask that you have your express carrier and or courier pickup requests directed to either the Mail Center or Shipping and Receiving. Both areas are secure and we will be happy to facilitate your request. You can be assured that your letter or package for pickup is safe in our hands.
Federal Express, UPS, and DHL require a two hour window for pickup requests (please plan according). Mail Center hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Shipping and Receiving hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Please feel free to leave your letter or package with the Mail Center or Shipping and Receiving (L.341 or L.381). For after hour’s carrier and courier pickup request you have the following options for leaving your letter or package for pickup, however these areas must be notified, in advance, prior to making pick-up arrangements with a carrier or courier:
Please note: Mail Center and Shipping and Receiving personnel will not direct express carriers or private couriers to University departments for direct pickups. Please ask for our assistance prior to making arrangements for carrier/courier pickups.
