Each year the Finance Department provides assistance and expertise during the preparation of line-item budgets. The Finance Department staff helps departments prepare budgets for salary, benefits, and non-salary items. In addition, we are available to answer questions and provide guidance regarding the use of worksheets and other tools during the budget preparation process.
