Combined, they support a variety of technologies including Desire2Learn, iTunes University, and the Turning Point Audience Response System. Over the last six and a half years the team developed training for Students, Faculty, and Staff in the use of software programs for educational purposes. Their individual areas of knowledge in software applications and training have given the team a breadth of expertise invaluable to the support of faculty, staff and students. The team has been encouraged to broaden their skills base with additional learning opportunities in order to offer additional support for faculty to improve the course development process as we move toward the educational goals of the University.
