Quentin ConkIe
Academic Technology Specialist Quentin started in winter 2010 as the Library Clerk at Boxer University Library in the Learning Resources Department. He is currently the Academic Technology Specialist, working with Ron Herbig in the Educational Technology division of the Learning Resources Department. In previous employment he gained valuable customer service and cultural interaction experience which serves him well in his position at RFUMS. As the Academic Technology Specialist in ET, Quentin utilizes his technical savvy in helping resolve issues dealing with software including Desire2Learn, ARS Turning Point, and Camtasia to name a few. He assists students and faculty/staff with issues related to their D2L accounts and also assists Ron with various projects assigned to ET. Quentin designs promotional material for the Learning Resources Department and its two divisions, Boxer University Library and Educational Technology.
