Please allow 24 hours for request to be processed except as noted below.

ATTN STUDENTS:  Students must submit room/space requests through the Student Event/Activity Registration Form rather than the Room Reservation Request Form.

To schedule a class, conference, luncheon, or any other event or activity, please follow the procedures stated below:

The Room Reservation Request Form or the Room Reservation Cancellation Form should be used except for complicated scheduling requests and/or annual/quarterly class schedules (master academic schedules). For those two exceptions, an email to room.schedule@rosalindfranklin.edu should be used. When using an email rather than a form, all of the information required on the form should be included in the email request.  Attachment of a complicated or master academic schedule is acceptable.

Room scheduling has a dedicated internal extension, 7222. Please use this number: 1) to follow-up on a room scheduling form that was submitted and has not been acknowledged within 24 hours; 2) if there is an emergency need for a room; 3) if there is a need for conflict resolution regarding room usage; or 4) if you need confirmation for an already scheduled room.

NOTE: Requests for specific rooms will be fulfilled whenever possible; however, availability may be subject to priority use assignment, availability, capacity and functionality requirements, and other usage factors and room scheduling policies and guidelines.

-          All rooms have wireless connectivity..
-          The Faculty Lounge cannot be booked for general, recurring meetings with meetings ending between 11:30 and 12:00 noon. Exceptions will require approval of the Room Scheduling Manager.
-          The Student Union general seating area cannot be booked prior to 3:00 p.m. weekdays. Exceptions will require approval of the Room Scheduling Manager.
-          The Marketplace Cafeteria cannot be booked prior to 2:00 p.m. weekdays. Exceptions will require approval of the Room Scheduling Manager.
-          Set ups requiring Facilities’ personnel must be completed by 3:00
-          Security and the Facilities department should be notified of evening and weekend events
-          General Purpose Classrooms and General Use Rooms are not available during weekdays for events of a personal nature. Exceptions will require approval by the Room Scheduling Manager.
