Student Housing Rates

Contract Payments: 
 

All residents pay for and receive a full Student Housing Contract unless a specific exception has been made. Payment for the initial quarter is due prior to the first day of the term. Any exceptions made to the contract dates will result in a prorated rate by day.

 

Billing and Statements of Account:

Bills will be sent out approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of each term in conjunction with tuition bills. Subsequent statements will be sent monthly to the student’s billing address. Payment dates and obligations will be established upon assignment to student housing. Failure to pay obligations will result in termination of this contract and further University measures such as holds on academic records.

Explanation of Rate Structure:

Generally, there are two rate structures (depending on when your Student Housing Contract begins).

There is a 12 month rate (generally reserved for new students, who join us in May and for returning students, who continue their Contracts-beginning in June)

  There is a 10 month rate (generally reserved for new students, who join us in August)
