Transcripts
The College of Pharmacy participates in the Pharmacy College Application Service (www.PharmCAS.org). You will submit your official transcripts to PharmCAS upon submission of your application. Applicants are responsible for reporting summer and fall grades to the application service to update their application. Transcripts should be sent to:

To ensure proper receipt, make sure that a copy of the PharmCAS Transcript Request Form is attached to each transcript. Each Transcript Request Form is unique to your request.
